BelleHarvest peaches are grown in southwestern Michigan, where soil and climate are just right for a rich, consistent color and uniform texture. Fresh market peaches are picked only after they reach the proper color and firmness.

Consistent supplies of peaches are picked, packed, and immediately hydrocooled starting in early August and continuing into September. While Red Havens are the dominant variety (~50%), BelleHarvest produces over ten additional varieties throughout the season including the newer high color Flammin Fury's.

Computers are used to index all packed peaches by lot description based on variety and ranges of size, quality, and color.

So when a customer calls, the sales staff knows immediately what is available.
